Merry Christmas! and a Happy New Year!

dear santa, i've waited for christmas all year long. today 25th Dec, it's finally here! and i'm glad that my long wait paid off! happy christmas!

this year we did something different, we made our own steamboat dinner. me, sam and hwadianto met up at Plaza Singapura Carrefour to shop for the food. we bought lots of beef, chicken, prawns, fish balls, meat balls, crabstick, sausages, hotdog, mushrooms, vegetables, tofu, drinks. cost us 120+ bucks for all the items. we were wondering, is it too little? or is it too much? hwa suggested that if it's not enough, we will order pizza. well that's a suggestion.

so much stuff and it was raining, so we took a cab, queue so long, so we book cab. hwa's maid took care of all the slicing and marinating of the meat. went for lunch at a nearby stall. after lunch we just hung around doing nothing, i took a nap, i knew there's a long night ahead of me, so must sleep! haha, i'm a lazy pig, a skinny one too.

kenny, marcus, ganghao and kingston arrived at around 7o'clock. they are late, as usual. by the time we started the steamboat, it was already 8oclock. whee...FOOD! munch munch munch....
gang hao commented that we bought too little with 120bucks but he soon ate his words because we kept taking out more food from the fridge. so much that we couldn't eat anymore. watched tv, play cards, play game till around 11.15p.m. then we started to walk to orchard. hwa's house is just 10 minutes away from cineleisure.

we came here last year, we expected a big crowd, bought each of us a can of foam spray. walked into the battlezone, war has begun and everywhere people were spraying foam at one another. if you see a banglah around you, don't hesitate. just spray was the message. well we aren't really racist. we just find that they are fun people to play with, afterall they are not like some ah bengs who scream to threaten anyone who dares spray at them. and that's what happened to kingston. he say this ah beng making fun of someone, then he decided to teach that 'kid' a lesson, so he walked pass, gave him a little foam in his ear and walked away. that ah beng turned around and started saying 'who so daring spray at me? if you did it admit it?'. idiot right? if you don't like to get sprayed at, don't spray at people, and the last thing you should do is come to the place. silly ah beng. hohoho i hope santa punish you! NO AH LIANS FLIRT WITH YOU FOR 10YEARS!=D

we walked from cineleisure to wisma, at wisma, there was a major human jam. i was standing right beside this woman with a young kid. it was very cramp and people were trying to squeeze their way through from both sides. lots of pushing, then the woman started to shout, i think her kid was getting squashed, i saw that, being me, i shouted at the crowd too. 'come on, there's a small kid here, don't keep pushing, you might hurt someone.' to no avail. but i think it got better. we turned around and made our way back towards takashimaya, hoping to find open space to rest. hwadianto and sam got seperated from us. but we met up after awhile. spray spray spray, push push push. on a serious note, pure girl groups shouldn't go to town during christmas eve and new year, you will just be 'touched' by tikopehs. and it's true, trust me i won't be wrong. but don't worry, if you go with me, you 100% safe! cause i'm a gentleman! unlike some assholes. whoops.

the countdown was over, we didn't intend to hang out there too long because it's all cramped up and messy, headed back to hwa's house. on our way back, i got an attack from my friends,they started to spray the foam on me, oh my, i never expected that to happen. and it was real bad because it was 6 cans on me. i one man, defenceless. so i just covered my face and let them spray lor. haiyo, idiots. it was marcus behind the attack, he planned it. marcus, new year your turn! muahahaha, this time i buy the ribbons one, i dun buy foam. huahahahaha.

it was about 1plus and we went to the toilet to bathe, it feels so good, first you get sprayed and foamed up and the next thing you are in the toilet, warm water and shampoo and shower foam. perfect! it feels so good to be fresh and clean. we were a little hungry after fighting the 'war' so we took out the rest of the food and feasted again. we almost finished all the food except for 1 pack of fishball, 1 pack of meatball, 1 pack of sausage, 1 pack of tofu and a cabbage. hwa, you can cook maggi mee everyday with all the remaining ingredients. hahaha.

played cards the rest of the night and it was stupid, because only the loser gets to eat a brownie as 'punishment' what SIA! i didn't lose at all, so no brownies! (T_T) but i still stole one to eat. while they weren't looking. slept for 1 hr, and left at 7a.m. reached home at 8am and knocked out straight away.

MAO MAO! why you bite my leg?!?!?? you spoil my christmas day sleep leh! now i can't sleep. first you bite one of my christmas cards, now you bite my leg. what you want??!?! tell me what you want? i'm gonna give you to santa next year and you can join his reindeers sledge. hohoho. scared righT? better be a good cat or it will happen!

once again, merry christmas to all the people around the world! the true meaning of christmas? let there be love and not hate =) goodbye!

damn, it's not nice having sore throat, and it's worse that it won't heal. but that's partly because i didn't visit a doctor, just couldn't be bothered to.

yesterday, played soccer with my friends and some other people, as usual, made short work of them. they got totally outplayed, there's this period of 2months that i didn't really play much of soccer and i realised i lost touch and fitness, it's good to be back!

it was hwadianto's b'dae, he treat us to sakae sushi, 7 of us. i think we all figured out that it might be the last time we'll be celebrating his birthday together. actually i feel very sad when i think about it, he's someone who's closest to me during secondary sch days, always around to help me, always encouraging me, helping me along with my mathematics. ha, mathematics, that stupid 1,2,3 stuff. thanks hwa! but who ask you to be indonesian, don't need to serve NS, or else i could be on the same plane with you to another country taking the same course. but you indonesian, smarter than me, don't need to serve NS, too bad for me then.

but don't worry, i figured out a way to celebrate your birthday with you. i'll just have to gather all our friends at my house and we can use a webcam, you can pretend we are all around you while you blow those candles out and pretend to eat with us. can save air ticket leh!!!

i'm lazy! i'm so damn lazy! if ever there's a 'world laziest person' contest, i'll probably win it hands down. there's so much things i want to do, i hope i can do, i dream i can do, but i cannot do. because i'm lazy. i want to be rich, but i'm lazy to work, i want to score well for exams, but i'm lazy to study, i want to drive but i'm lazy to learn, i want to exercise more often but i'm lazy.

i think because of my laziness, i really don't deserve to be here, where i am, what i'm doing. because there's so many other people in this world who are so damn hardworking, so so so damn diligent but they lack the support, lack the money, lack the environment, lack the brains. i'm not implying that my brain dragged me all the way here, but some people really do lack the brains some times although they are hardworking. (this is no personal attack)

because of my laziness and ignorance to stuffs, i have incurred the wraith of so many teachers. all my life ever since pre-school till today. even my friends, they kind of get a shock when i actually say i'm busy with school work. they will go "what u busy with schoolwork? or are u just acting? i don't believe". oh my god, look at the impact my laziness done. the impression i give to my friends. my mum, she always tell me not to be lazy. can't help it man, it's become kind of permanent. it somehow will always be in me, with me, no matter how hard i try to correct it.

how i wish someone inspiring come into my life now, inspire to me to be hardworking, oh my goodness there i go, daydreaming again. haiz

today some of my classmates got news that they selected for the Industrial Attachment Programme (IAP). They are effie, shuyan, junxian, lemuel and maolin. great for you guys! i hope you learn alot from the 6mths there.

Looking back, a few weeks ago i was thinking real hard whether i should sign up for IAP, but a few factors put me off. i didn't really want to wake up every monday to friday at 9am and only be able to go home at 5pm. it's really a turn off. another is the wage, they pay isn't really good i suppose, though that's just an assumption on my part. lastly, when i work, i feel like studying, when i study, i feel like sleeping, so i really can't make up my mind. whatever, i ended up deleting the form and stopped thinking bout it.

at level 3.1 and 3.2, some of us will be in different classes, in fact we will probably be all over the place. Poly is supposed to be 3 years, spent in a big campus, lots of people, 20 people in the class, and lots of space for interaction.
but looking back at the first day i met the class till today, i can hardly name a person who i know very well. in fact, i don't even know anyone well enough to call them my close friends. that's something i really regret. i told junxian that we might not be able to meet up as often as before. he replied by saying some chinese idioms but i forgot what it was, but it meant 'there's no such things as FOREVER in this world'.

i really agree with that, but except for one thing, memories. i believe memories are forever and will live on for eternity. but memories? i don't have much to recall. i feel a little upset about it, should have done more to create some good times, should have spent more time getting to know more about them. i wish it's not too late.

hohoho, i was looking for a background picture for my blog.
I wanted it simple but all i see was complicated and kiddish ones.
So i ended up just using a template and changing the background.
Ha, like this background, looks like genes to me. =D
though it could have been better, i mean if it wasn't purple i will love it.
but who cares, it's nice anyway.
